Hey everyone! My name is Dallin Pepper. I am the owner, CEO, janitor, program designer, website creator... (you get the idea) of Pepper Programs. I have been competing in CrossFit for about 5 years and have been fortunate enough to compete as a teen at the CrossFit Games three times, winning the division each of the three years. I am CrossFit Level 1 certified and have been coaching for 3 years, while simultaneously developing Pepper Programs. I could not be more proud and excited to share my knowledge of fitness with you.
