Pepper Programs CARDIO PARTY track is designed for those who are looking for a program to solely improve their aerobic capacity. We will focus on every aspect of cardio movements. This program will improve your fast twitch (sprinty) and slow twitch (long distance) muscle fibers. In this program, you will receive three workouts each week that include warm ups and conditioning work.
