This program can be done in 30-45 minutes making sure you have plenty of time for the important things in life all while being healthy. In this program you will receive daily workouts that include, warm ups, metcons, strength and conditioning. This program uses Boxscore Fitness to bring all of your workouts straight to an app on your phone. All of this for only $27.99 a month!




Sample Day-


A) WARM-UP

200m run

then

3 rounds

10 high box step ups

7 pvc pass throughs

:30 plank 10 single arm DB high pull each arm



B) WOD

AMRAP 10

1 burpee

1 DB snatch each arm

2-2/3-3/4-4/ etc....



And then you're done. Stay fit with just a little time each day.
